Randy Strauss received his BS degree from Rutgers University and his graduate degree from Cornell University’s renowned Master of Regional Planning program.
In pursuit of professional education and personal development, he is active with the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University at Buffalo, acting as Mentor to current business owners seeking to improve their management style and business performance. Randy is also a graduate of Leadership Buffalo. A sample of his other involvements include Kaleida Health Foundation’s Sustaining Donor Society, the National Mortgage Bankers Association, and numerous other non-profit organizations supporting Buffalo and its surrounding communities.
Randy’s life and business philosophies galvanize the community. For eleven consecutive years, StraussGroup has been named by Business First of Buffalo as a “Best Place to Work” winner or finalist. He and his staff are dedicated to community outreach, supporting more than 20 area organizations.
