Employers may also use the contract staffing option to gauge how candidates fit within their corporate culture and how they perform before they decide to hire the candidate on a permanent basis. If a customer is dissatisfied with a candidate, StraussGroup takes over immediately. Customers avoid severance and all administrative tasks.
Fees for this service are based on a percentage of the hourly rate of the employee or a fixed charge per pay period depending on the customer’s needs.
