A contingent search represents a limited commitment from StraussGroup but does not preclude us from performing original research for certain searches. In this realm, we work primarily within our existing candidate network and proprietary database of candidates. We also use social media technology to discover industry-specific, working candidates.
Our success rate filling these positions remains higher than the industry norm. We are selective when accepting contingency searches and do not undertake searches we do not believe can be completed within our standards.
Most StraussGroup customers use the contingency search option for staff openings and non-officer positions. There is no up-front fee for these services.
