Steve is the Director of our Medical Device Division.  He has been at StrausGroup for several years and has developed a significant following in the medical device industry due to his thoughtful approach to recruiting and the level of detail that goes into each search. Prior to coming to StraussGroup, Steve spent several years in medical device sales with national firms based out of Western New York.

Over the past four years Steve has helped emerging and established global companies build successful sales and marketing teams.  Steve’s experience has reached the international level, recently consulting with oversees medical  manufacturers on how to deliver a better message and introduction into the US market as well as making key hires for these companies.

Steve has recently made steps to expand the division vertically, making successful placements in the fields of medical device manufacturing and operations.  Steve’s other successful placements have included Sales Representatives, Vice Presidents of Operations, Production Managers, Senior Vice Presidents of Imaging and General Manager positions with various medical specialty companies .

Steve earned is Bachelors degree in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.  His knowledge of the Medical Device industry is extensive and his work ethic is unrivaled.
