With 20 years of healthcare, recruiting, and management experience, Shannon is a valuable asset to StraussGroup.  She joined us in 2008 as an Account Executive in the Life Sciences division to expand our presence in the healthcare industry.

After receiving a degree in Physical Therapy, Shannon began her career in the U.S. Navy where she also served as a recruiter of physicians, dentists, allied health professionals, and healthcare management executives.  Upon retirement from the Armed Forces, she joined the nurse recruiting workforce and has been instrumental in providing healthcare professionals to hospitals across the nation. 

Shannon's exceptional work ethic and attention to detail have earned her a trusted status with her client facilities.

Shannon's clinical expertise and creative energy serve as a catalyst for the Life Sciences division and its effort to provide progressive approaches to finding the perfect client-candidate fit.
