Ryan joined StraussGroup, Inc.  in early 2007. He splits his time betweenNational talent acquisition projects for large financial services organizations and managing the regional  business practice,  which focuses on recruitingtemporary and permanent employees for top companies  in the Buffalo and Western New York region.

Ryan has a unique set of specialties, having served various industries and levels of talent during his time with StraussGroup.  Industries  that Ryan excels in finding top talent in are financial services, technology, healthcare, construction, and all contract staffing needs.

As with all of our employees, Ryan is a graduate from an accredited University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in History with a concentration in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto, where he was also voted by his peers as Student Union President.

Ryan is collaborative and competitive at the same time.  His past athletic activities gives Ryan the competitive edge needed to find talent quickly and efficiently.  He was active in rugby and crew during his four years in Canada, and does not like to lose.  We like his resourcefulness, enthusiasm and passion.  We think you will also.
