2003 marked Matthew Doyle’s arrival at StraussGroup. As an Associate Director with the firm, his areas of specialization encompass mid to senior level management and executive retained search within the financial services industries, predominantly mortgage banking.

Matt has a depth of experience in sales, particularly in the technology sector. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor's degree in Information Science.

Matt can usually be found sitting at his desk until late in the evening, often speaking with candidates who don’t have the time to talk in the day.
