Matt is an eight year veteran at StraussGroup. As a Director with the firm, his areas of specialization encompass mid to senior level management and executive retained search within the financial services industries, predominantly mortgage and retail banking.

Matt plays a key role in managing the search process for multiple projects, from mid-level staffing needs to senior level solutions for start-up companies.  He has a depth of experience in sales, particularly in the technology sector. Matt is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor's degree in Information Science.

Matt can usually be found sitting at his desk until late in the evening, often speaking with candidates who don’t have the time to talk during the day.
