Loyal is the newest member of our expanding Healthcare and Life Sciences Division. As a Search Consultant, he specializes in advancing the careers of sales and marketing professionals in the Industrial and Medical Safety Supply/Manufacturing industry.

Loyal is passionate, funny, dedicated to success, energetic and, above all, a good natured person with sound ethics.  He is a native of Western New York, and graduated from The State University at Buffalo (SUNY) with a BA. in Political Science.

Upon graduation, Loyal took the ‘not so obvious’ path.  He did ‘stuff’’ he really wanted to do, like spending three years seeing the world; working, living and traveling in over 30 countries. Among other benefits, these experiences gave Loyal an excellent foundation for this career.  He understands people.  He understands adversity.  He understands cultures. Loyal will be the first to admit that he’s slightly out of the box when it come to conventionalism. This is what we think makes him a great recruiter.

Loyal came to StraussGroup with some previous experience as a sales person. He was a successful Director of Business Development with Harmony Expositions Inc; Western New York’s largest Healthy Living (Wellness) Exposition Company. He played an active role in producing regional Healthy Living Expositions, such as setting up and coordinating the logistics behind ‘Buffalo WellFest’ and ‘Rochester WellFest’. Many of the area’s largest employers were in attendance as were hundreds of Health Care and Safety industry professionals, providers, and alternative/non-traditional wellness solutions providers from around the country.

His background, enthusiasm for life and the relationships that Loyal has developed with many key national healthcare providers across the globe has helped him transition into one of our most exciting and successful recruiters.
