Jesse brings with him a wealth of recruiting experience gained from his previous position with a well known national staffing firm.  Jesse is adept at managing small and large multi-candidate projects and specializes in finding specific niche skill sets that are often difficult to identify through traditional recruiting methods. 

Jesse earned his reputation by delivering results to his clients in a timely and efficient manner.  He is an expert at technical recruiting but also manages other searches in the Customer Care, Sales and Marketing, Administrative and Manufacturing spaces.  Jesse is committed to acquiring the best talent available in the marketplace for his clients.  He achieves this through his multifaceted approach to sourcing candidates, which includes both technology and direct sourcing to our network of over 500,000 current candidates.  His ability to quickly research and identify top industry talent is second to none.

Jesse is a former Human Resources Compensation and Benefits Specialist, and understands the intricate nuances and policies associated with recruiting for small and large organizations.  He is active in our local community, and is often found volunteering at local HR events, seminars and networking opportunities.  He is in tune with what’s going on, and can speak to candidates and clients at all levels.

Jesse is a graduate of Medaille College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources.
