Jennifer Carli-Murphy has joined StraussGroup as the Director of Contract Staffing, where she oversees the growing division that services the greater Western New York area.  Jennifer‘s resume includes over twenty years of contract staffing Industry experience in the Western New York markets.  Most recently, Jennifer was President of Victory Staffing.

Jennifer is a native Western New Yorker, growing up in Lewiston, NY and attending college at Keuka College in the Finger Lakes Region, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  She began her career in the staffing industry with a well- known international staffing firm in Rochester, NY. She was then appointed by the corporate office of that firm to open a new office in the Buffalo market. After successfully opening that branch, Jennifer was asked to transfer to Houston, Texas to re-vitalize the branches in that marketplace.  As a true born and bred Western New Yorker, her career path eventually brought Jennifer back to the Buffalo marketplace, where she continues to hone her talents and experience in the contract and permanent staffing Industry.

Jennifer ‘s extensive network in Western New York, and her experience  facilitating and managing the growth and success of multiple recruiting offices, as well as her enthusiasm and positive attitude, will enable her to immediately add significant value to the Contract Staffing Division at StraussGroup, Inc.
