StraussGroup welcomed Cindy as Managing Director in 2006. Her previous senior-level executive positions armed her with insight and intuition, allowing her to hit the ground running with the firm. Her leadership roles in business development, marketing, strategic sales and relationship management enable her to hone in and support the executive staffing needs for the financial services, healthcare technology and insurance industries.

Cindy holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Buffalo, a distinguished nationally recognized organization focused on community leadership and values.
