An experienced recruiter with more than seven years experience in the Western New York market, Andrea always exhibits a high degree of professionalism and determination, resulting in efficient searches for her clients.  Her previous recruiting experience focused on middle to executive level positions and covered temporary and permanent placements.  She also has significant project experience.

Andrea is a Team Leader for our Legal, Medical and IT departments. She has worked with many of the leading companies in and around Western New York and prides herself on filling over 90% of the assignments she works on. Matching great talent with her clients includes a very thorough process, resulting in longer retention of her candidates and increased productivity per hire.

Andrea holds a BA degree from The Ohio State University, where she was a member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority and was strongly involved in the Student Government.  (If you are a Michigan fan please do not fault her.)
